Mark’s Story, age 75

“I had been in the hospital for thirty three days and had gone into a rehab facility for several weeks. When I got to the rehab center I could not walk without assistance. I had no core strength and needed help to even get in and out of bed. I went home and received in home physical and occupational therapy for six weeks. Working with them helped my recovery get a jump start. I was at the end of my in house training when I saw Pamela’s post about starting a beta ReStart program. It was perfect timing. I knew after contacting her about what she was doing I was sure I would benefit from joining the program.”
